Informatie
His sire Weltmeyer , himself winner of the Bundeschampionat in 1987, champion of the stallion selection and performance, is currently one of the most famous dressage sires. From the combination Weltmeyer and Welt Hit II's dam, Cileste (by Hill Hawk xx), 6 sons are approved. The dam line of Welt Hit II includes the following stallions: Wolgatraum (s. Woronesch), which performs very well in the dressage sport, Granilli S (s. Grannus) was premium stallion in Oldenburg in 1994 and Herannus (s. Grannus) is approved by the KWPN. This dam line is based on an Ostfries foundation with unmistakable Arabian elements. Not for nothing is Welt Hit II already in the top 10 best sires in Hannover.
Performance:
Welt Hit II was the dressage talent par excellence. With his fantastic gaits, this black-brown beauty always managed to steal the show. In 1994, he became reserve champion at the Oldenburg Stallion Show. In 1995, he earned 141.74 points for dressage (Leistungsklasse I) at the Medingen performance. In 1996 he was reserve champion at the Hauptpramiekörung during the Oldenburg Stallion Show. In 1997 and 1998 he became The Coming Stallion during the Zwolse Paardendagen. In 1998 he placed 6th at the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf among the 6-year-old dressage horses. In 2001 Welt Hit II won the bronze medal in the small tour at the Dutch Championships.
Offspring:
In 2007, Welt Hit II received the keur predicate from the KWPN. The results of his offspring are therefore remarkable. More than 50 of his offspring are already classified at Z-level dressage, but also nationally and internationally Welt Hit II offspring are performing above average, such as: the mare Riondine (mv Ferro) is now qualified for Grand-Prix, Joyce Lenaets' Ubique is doing well at ZZ-light level and Ilse van Cranenbroek is very successful with her Valentino in the Prix St. George. Lauren Sammis also won the individual silver medal with Sagacious at the PanAm Games in Rio de Janeiro and the NRPS approved the stallion Wup (mf Wolfgang). Weltino (mv Sion) with Ludwig Zierer is also very successful in the Grand-Prix. His son Weltissimo was very successful at the World Young Horse Championships in Verden 2002 and now has several victories to his name in the Grand Prix. He was also named VTV dressage stallion of the year in 2004. Among the most successful dressage horses currently in Oldenburg are no fewer than 3 offspring of Welt Hit II. Ever since he showed his first foal crop in 1996, his offspring have been very popular with breeders and rearers. Many have already been sold for large sums at the Vechta auction in Oldenburg. Breed, charisma and movement are the hallmarks of these offspring. Meanwhile, Welt Hit II already has more than 20 approved sons. In 2001 no less than two daughters of Welt Hit II were among the best 10 at the national mare show in Ermelo.
Welt Hit II is approved by the KWPN, Oldenburg, Hanover and Westphalia.
Welt Hit II passed away in 2009. Frozen semen is still available.
